Build trust into the product workflow.
This page is an implementation-ready policy framework. Legal counsel and the engineering team should update it to match the deployed infrastructure, vendors, retention rules, and jurisdiction before launch.
Account and application security
Use secure authentication, encrypted transport, access controls, audit logging, rate limits, protected storage, and separate production environments. Sensitive application pages should require authentication and remain outside the SEO sitemap.
Content rights
Users should upload only video, images, audio, identities, trademarks, and other assets they own or are authorized to use. The platform should provide reporting and removal processes for rights holders.
Identity and consent
Real-person identity features should require consent and appropriate authorization. Prohibit deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, and misleading political or commercial content.
Product claims and disclosure
Users are responsible for verifying claims, prices, offers, testimonials, reviews, and required disclosures. AI-generated presenters must not be presented as genuine customers without clear authorization and accurate context.
Reporting
Publish a dedicated abuse and security contact, define response targets, and maintain a process to preserve evidence, disable access, and cooperate with legitimate rights or safety requests.
